When it comes to motorbike adventures one of the most iconic trips in Southeast Asia is to traverse the length of Vietnam. The most popular option is to travel from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi (or vice-versa) which covers a distance of anywhere from 1700KM to 2400KM, depending on which route you take.
Taking the trip is made easier by the bike shops at either city that buy and sell motorbikes to travellers looking to do the ride.
There are other epic trips in Vietnam as well, such as the mountainous northern region and the Mekong Delta south of Saigon.
We have listed blog posts of riders who have ridden up, down, and around Vietnam. If you have written about your experience feel free to send it to us for inclusion.
